The Warranty
Incipio is known for its legendary warranty protection and exceptional customer service. Most Incipio products purchased through www.incipio.com are covered under Incipio's Limited Lifetime Warranty*.

Incipio warrants such product to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Incipio will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. | |

Products marked with Incipio's Limited One Year Warranty are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. Exclusions
Incipio's Limited Lifetime Warranty and Incipio's Limited One Year Warranty do not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Incipio product; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Incipio; or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please submit an RMA request below. After obtaining an RMA number, defective product must be returned to Incipio before any warranty service will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with returning defective product to Incipio. Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).
*Excludes power products (including battery cases), audio products, and bags, which are covered by Incipio's Limited One Year Warranty.

Returns and Exchanges
To process a return for a credit or a request for an exchange item, please submit an RMA request below.
- All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from original purchase date
- Returns for credit must be accompanied with a valid order confirmation number from incipio.com
- In order to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

After submitting your form, please allow about 1-2 business days for processing. If approved, you will receive an email from support@incipio.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.
